The 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Helical Mixing Nozzle is a tapered, white mixing nozzle that eliminates guess work when mixing and dispensing adhesives. The mixing nozzle saves time, minimizes waste and helps dispense the adhesive where needed to help create neat, clean bond lines.
This 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Helical Mixing Nozzle is for 50 mL (1:1 ratio), 37 mL (2:1 ratio) and 43 mL (2:3 ratio) cartridges which are used with a 50 mL Metal EPX or EPX Plus II Applicators. The 50 mL Metal EPX and EPX Plus II Applicators are used to precisely mix and dispense 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Adhesives in Duo-Pak Cartridges. The tip is tapered and graduated to allow for precise cutting to accurately produce the desired bead width. This dispensing nozzle simultaneously meters, mixes and applies the adhesive to assure consistency, minimize waste and provide the longest open bonding range for the adhesive.
